1. Take care of yourself first - your body, your mind, your well-being. Everything else will fall into it's place after you are feeling balanced.
2. The more books you read and the less time you spent on social media, the happier you'll feel. When you don't compare your life to others you will be much more likely to reach your full potential and happiness.
3. If you don't ask, you don't get. No-one can read your mind. If you need a raise, less shifts, more help you need to ask for it.
